At Luna Dometi, we provide jewelry made of quality material 925 silver and in addition items with 18K solid gold. Our collections are designed and unusual so that the customer experiences the same luxurious look and feel without paying large amounts

Will this maintain its color if I shower with it? Does it change hue?

Each piece of jewelry merits meticulous care, necessitating avoidance of harsh conditions such as bathing, swimming, or engaging in sports. Thus, we advise against wearing jewelry during bathing.


How should I store/protect my jewelry?

Maintain jewelry's dryness by storing it appropriately. For infrequently worn pieces, utilize provided dust bags. Optimal storage boxes feature tarnish-proof lining and individual compartments. In humid climates, include desiccant crystals in storage. Avoid storing with rubber items. Remove jewelry before applying colognes, perfumes, or chemicals.

What steps should I take to make changes to my order after it has been placed?

If you discover an error in your order after receiving the confirmation email, please reach out to us at Lunadometi@gmail.com. For inquiries outside of business hours, kindly leave a detailed message including your name, phone number, and order number if possible.

 

You may pay your online order with the following methods:

- Credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners. 
- Paypal

 

Payment declined:

If you encounter difficulties while paying with your credit card, kindly review your card details for accuracy, such as the expiration date, cardholder name, and security code located on the back of your card, as well as confirming the billing address. Ensure that you haven't exceeded your card limit or if your bank is currently reviewing your card. Should your payment still be declined, we recommend attempting payment with an alternate card or method after 24 hours. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to your bank or contact us, providing as much detail as possible, including any error messages received.

 

Security on credit information:

We take security very seriously and do not process any of your payment information ourselves. All payment related matters on Luna Dometi are handled by PayPal and credit card company.

Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping destinations, and what are the associated shipping costs?

We provide FREE shipping worldwide (up to 20 business days).

Shipping companies we work with: DHL, UPS & FEDEX.

Why was my package returning?

The package may be returned for the following reasons:
-Wrong or incomplete address
-Invalid phone number
-Unable to deliver
Please contact the shipping company for more information or you may contact us so that we can help you.

What should I do if I am dissatisfied with my jewelry after receiving it?

Don't worry about it. We offer a 15-day hassle-free return policy (excluding earrings and necklaces). If you don't like the jewelry when you receive it, simply return it unused and in its original packaging. Once your refund is processed, the refund will be credited to your original account. Please ensure that any promotional gifts are also included with the returned item.
Only exchanges will be possible in the earring and necklace collections.
